Looped.chat uses third-party AI services, including Google Gemini, to power Solano's conversational capabilities. When you interact with Solano, conversation data may be processed by these providers under their respective privacy terms. This includes the generation of text message content sent via SMS, iMessage, and RCS on behalf of our customers. Where third-party AI providers are used, data is processed in accordance with strict contractual obligations. Conversation data sent to third-party AI providers is not used for model training purposes outside of Looped.chat's Services.
Messages sent through our platform may be generated, in whole or in part, by artificial intelligence. Our customers are responsible for complying with all applicable federal and state laws regarding disclosure of AI-generated communications to their message recipients, including any requirements under the FCC's February 2024 Declaratory Ruling (CG Docket No. 23-362) and any subsequent rules regarding AI-generated calls and texts.
Looped.chat does not independently verify whether message recipients have provided prior express written consent to receive messages. Consent verification is the sole responsibility of the customer initiating the messaging campaign.

We implement reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction. These include encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, maintain our business relationship with you, or as required by law.
During an active relationship. While your account is active or you are otherwise engaged with our Services, we retain your personal information as necessary to provide the Services, communicate with you, and comply with our legal obligations.
After the relationship ends. When your account is closed or your use of the Services otherwise concludes, we archive your personal information. Archived data is retained for a limited period to comply with legal, regulatory, tax, and accounting obligations, to resolve disputes, and to prevent fraud or abuse. We will process your opt-out request and send a confirmation. Once opted out, you will not receive further messages from that customer through our platform unless you provide new consent.
